You can easily write a full rock track with Shreddage 3 that sounds authentic and believable. Its hard to ask for much more than that.

For example Im creating a scene using my Ovation GR12 as a rhythm guitar, and my Shreddage 3 Precision as a solo part. Its been working like a charm, and Im happy with the results. In fact Im using it for all my soloing parts - with both solid electric guitar and distortion effects. Im havnt tried it with effects yet, but Im sure this combination will work very well. The only issue Ive had with Shreddage 3 is the 1 kHz pitch bend. I think I might add another mod wheel + Cut filter to that.
